Fenugreek seed extract for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a common hormonal disorder in women of reproductive age. It can cause irregular menstrualcycles, excessive body or facial hair, miscarriage and infertility. In this study women were treated with fenugreek seed extract over a period of 90 consecutive days. Almost half of the study participants had a reduction in cyst size and more than two-thirds reported the return of regular menstrual cycle on completion of the treatment.
