Three hardcover books

Question: Which book do you recommend for the best herbal alternative medicine research?

Answer: Research in herbal medicine is changing so quickly that I prefer learning about the latest information through PubMed since by the time a book is written, edited, published, distributed, and purchased, the information is already at least a year or two old. I go directly on PubMed to search for the latest nutritional studies.
