Shipping in the USA
Shipping & handling is only $5 per order within the United States, and free for orders greater than $50. We ship to US destinations by first class mail which normally takes 2 to 9 business days but can occasionally take a little longer. We also have a faster option for 8 dollars which normally takes 1 to 5 business days. Sometimes the postal service takes longer to deliver and we have no control over this. We do ship to APO destinations, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST PRIORITY SHIPPING FOR APO ADDRESSES. 
Please note that shipping can be delayed during holidays. 

UPS to USA destinations
If you need your product quickly, for an additional charge we have:

  • Priority Mail - $8: 1 to 3 business days. We ship from California.
  • 2 Day Air - $15: 2 business days to arrive. We may manually add a few dollars extra if the package is over 3 pounds.
  • Next day air (by 1pm PST) - $25: arrives the next business day.

Note: We may manually add a few dollars extra if the package is over 2 pounds. If you order before 1:30 PM Pacific time you can almost be guaranteed that your package will be shipped that day. We may, at times, be able to ship that day up to 2:30 or even 3 PM, but we can't guarantee this, it depends how many packages we still have to ship.

Note: UPS and FedEx are closed during holidays and weekends.

International Shipping
We do not ship internationally. If you live outside the United States, please visit iHerb where they have the capability to send our products (and thousands of other nutritional, health and beauty products) to your country. They have an excellent international shipping program and can ship to many different countries, usually in 3 to 5 days.

Return and Refund Policy:

We sincerely hope you get the desired effects from the supplements you purchase. However no one can guarantee that this will happen just as a doctor and pharmacy can make no guarantees that any medications prescribed by a doctor will work in everyone or cause no adverse effects. Each person is unique in their response. One person may notice great benefit from a supplement, while another may have a side effect or an allergy. Yes, natural herbs and supplements, just like medicines, can have side effects. Discuss with your health care provider if a particular supplement is appropriate for you before you purchase. Always start with a low dose, even if it means using a portion of a capsule or tablet. Combining certain supplements together or supplements and prescription medicines can sometimes lead to unexpected reactions. Do not purchase multiple bottles of a supplement if you are not sure whether it will work for you. We cannot guarantee a supplement will help you; however, we do guarantee that the products we are offering are of the highest quality available.

We will offer a full refund minus our shipping and handling cost and minus a 7 dollar processing fee (it takes a lot of employee time to process a refund, plus we incur credit card fees both during processing and refunding) if a bottle is returned to us unopened and in excellent condition. This offer applies to items that are returned within 30 days of purchase and you include a copy of the original invoice. This offer is limited to 2 bottles. We also request that you email us first at support@physicianformulas.com to confirm your return and so we can give you a return order number. We don't keep credit card numbers due to security reasons, so please include your cc number when you ship the products back. 

We are not able to offer a refund once the seal is broken and the bottle is opened. If it is important to you to have the option to return an opened bottle, there may be other websites that offer this option and you could certainly shop with them.

Unless you notify us within 30 days of your order (domestic) and 45 days (international), we cannot offer a refund if you claim that you never received your package. 

Return Policy Questions:

Q. I am hesitant to purchase your products as you seem to have a "Catch 22" return policy. One will not know if the product(s) will work unless they actually try it. Your policy states that the product has to be returned unopened, which negates the ability to try what is sent. I usually know within a very short time if herbs, medicines etc. work with me (by the first 3 days to 1 week). Would I still be able to return the item for a full or partial refund if I find that it doesn't do what the product purports to do?

A. Our products are crafted with care and intended to support a wide variety of health needs, but we understand that not every formula will be the perfect fit for everyone. In the past, we found that accepting returns on opened bottles led to occasional misuse of our policy, which made it challenging to maintain fair and consistent practices.

While we stand behind the quality of our supplements, we’ve chosen to limit returns in order to keep our processes efficient and our pricing fair for all customers. We understand this policy may not align with everyone’s preferences, and there may be other companies that offer more flexible return options if that’s a priority for you.
