For several decades doctors have recommended aspirin for older adults in order to thin the blood and reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes, and perhaps colon cancer. In September of this year the New England Journal of Medicine reported findings from 19,000 older adults in the U.S. and Australia.
Question: Can one take supplements every second day rather than daily? I am taking Coenzyme q10 150 mg every day and I am finding it too strong. If I take it every second day will I be missing out on its effect?
