For better absorption and quicker onset
A good option is to open a capsule (by pulling on each side) and empty the contents in an ounce or two of water, juice, or soda. We have had reports that mixing the contents in a tiny amount of alcohol, such as wine, cognac, brandy, etc., improves solubility and absorption even more and makes the product more potent. Some users have mentioned that opening a capsule and letting the contents absorb under the tongue works too (but it's bitter).
