Gotu kola is a Dietary Supplement also known by the botanical name Centella asiatica, an herb commonly used in the Ayurvedic system of medicine.

Gotu kola, in the Ayurvedic system of medicine, is traditionally used as a nerve tonic for memory and clarity of thinking, for the therapy of stress, tension, and mood disorders, and sometimes for indigestion.

The name Gotu kola in Sanskrit is Brahmi, which means wisdom or consciousness. Gotu kola is used in India similar to how Chinese use ginseng. Although its name is similar to cola nut, Gotu "kola" does not contain caffeine, although it is sometimes used by individuals wanting to avoid caffeine as part of their daily need to stay alert.

Suggested Use, dosage: As a dietary supplement, take one or two capsules in the morning on an empty stomach or as recommended by your health care provider.
