Eco Pure Coral consists of 100% pure coral powder (every mineral found in the human body in similar proportions). The coral powder is extremely fine (2-10 micron, the consistency of talcum powder).

Coral calcium is a composite of 70 or so different minerals, of which calcium is the largest component. Although much is known about most of the individual minerals in coral calcium in regards to human health, we don't know much about the combination of all of them and how coral calcium supplements in general affect human health and disease. We do know that calcium and magnesium supplements have many health benefits. Many of the other minerals found in coral calcium are found in trace amounts. Some may be essential to human health whereas others may not be needed by the body. It is possible that some of these minerals could be beneficial to humans and would be difficult to obtain from regular food or other sources.
