Avena-Sativa extract natural aphrodisiacs herbal

Avena Sativa 200 mg Extract (5 times potency)
60 Avena Sativa Capsules
Herbal natural aphrodisiacs product for women and men
Formulated by Dr. Ray Sahelian, M.D.

Avena sativa extract is a dietary supplement. Natural aphrodisiacs such as avena sativa are used by women and men. Although this product works by itself after a few days of use, it is more effective when combined with other herbs in formulas for sexual enhancement such as the popular Passion Rx.

Avena sativa is the scientific name for the grass commonly known as oats. Avena sativa has been used medicinally since the middle ages. This avena sativa product is a five to one extract concentrate, therefore it is more potent than regular avena sativa powder.

Note: For a very popular and highly effective sexual enhancement product, consider Passion Rx, formulated by herbal expert Dr. Ray Sahelian, M.D. Other libido herbs to consider include horny goat weed, mucuna pruriens, tongkat ali and LJ100, maca, muira puama, catuaba, ashwagandha, and tribulus.

Avena sativa supplement questions:
Q. Why is it that your avena sativa only 200 mg a day? Other avena sativa brands can be taken at 350mg 6 times a day, whats the difference between your avena sativa and the other products? i also learned that theres a liquid form which can be taken at 1ml a day (thats 1000mg alcohol extract) isnt that too much considering that you recommend 200 mg a day. Why your dose is very very small?
   A. Many consumers do not know that herbs come not only in regular powder, but in extracts that are concentrated anywhere from 2 to 1 to 100 to 1. Therefore, it is not only important to learn what extract potency you are buying, in this case the avena sativa by Club Natural is 5 to 1, but also the milligrams per dose. Many times when directions are given on the bottle for the number of times a capsule should be taken, this is written by marketing people, not by nutritionals experts on doctors. This Club Natural avena sativa product is formulated by Dr. Sahelian who has tested it himself to determine the ideal dosage. The doctor believes in using the right amount to avoid side effects that occur with herbs when misused. We are not familiar with the liquid form of avena sativa.

Q. Are you aware of any avena sativa side effects?
   A. We are not aware of any significant avena sativa side effects. None has been reported to us by our customers and we are not aware of any being mentioned in the medical literature. in our experience, when we have taken several capsules of an avena sativa supplement, we noticed increased heart rate and insomnia.

Q. Is avena sativa a good aphrodisiac or libido enhancer?
   A. Avena sativa has a mild aphrodisiac effect, but not as potent as horny goat weed, tribulus, muira puama, catuaba, and other
natural aphrodisiacs.

Q. Would you consider avena sativa to be a male enhancement herb?
   A. Depends on how you define male enhancement. If you mean enlargement of the penis beyond its genetic anatomical limitations, no. We are not aware of herbs that make the penis anatomically larger.

Q. Which is more potent aphrodisiac herb, tongkat ali extract, maca extract, avena sativa extract, or tribulus terrestris extract?
   A. It depends on the concentration of the extracts, but as a general rule, tongkat ali is the most potent aphrodisiac herb.
